Ross is the founding director of Mergers & Acquisitions. He previously held senior positions in sales and marketing with several world-leading companies and has worked out of the UK, South Africa and Australia.

Following accounting and legal studies, Ross started one of Australia’s largest business broking operations that he later sold to a publicly listed company. He has been involved in several start-up businesses including food related and on-line marketing.

Ross has attended conferences around the world on subjects that impact upon this industry and has been a regular lecturer and trainer on the subject.

Brad commenced his career as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and has a strong background in mergers & acquisitions. He has held senior management roles in ASX listed companies, private equity firms and in one of Western Australia's largest not for profit organisations. Brad has also owned several businesses.

Brad has over 30 years' experience in corporate advisory roles, with a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and business model development. Brad's experience includes the not-for-profit sector, retirement and aged care, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, childcare, tourism and mining services.

Associate Director - BComm MBA

James is an accomplished business professional with extensive senior management and project delivery experience across mining, energy, manufacturing, construction and engineering.

He holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia, which complements his hands-on leadership and practical approach, including as a business owner.

His unique blend of business expertise, coupled with broad project management skills, provides a pragmatic, methodical, results-oriented approach to M&A.

Jeff has been with Mergers & Acquisitions for over 25 years and specialises in sales of large businesses across all industries to Australian and International buyers. Jeff is a member of CPA Australia, has a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment. He has a strong background in commerce having spent around 16 years in senior accounting & finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies. His experience includes roles with companies in mining, exploration, resources services, merchant banking, stockbroking, insurance broking, R&D and manufacturing. Jeff has a great deal of experience in large and often complex business sale transactions as well as business valuations across a wide range of industries. Mal is an experienced CEO having led businesses such as Maytag, Strongform and Camfil. Previously Mal held senior commercial roles with 3M, Southcorp Appliances and Southcorp Wines.

Mal’s business experience includes both corporate and private equity spanning a broad range of industries including industrial products, consumer appliances, wine, retail and import distribution.

Mal was the founding CEO of Strongform and partnered with ANZ Private Capital. Mal originated, led and oversaw several acquisitions including due diligence and portfolio company profit improvement initiatives for Strongform.

Mal has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University. Over the past 30 years Mal has a strong track record of growing businesses organically and through acquisition.
