Brad commenced his career as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and has a strong background in mergers & acquisitions. He has held senior management roles in ASX listed companies, private equity firms and in one of Western Australia's largest not for profit organisations. Brad has also owned several businesses.

Brad has over 30 years' experience in corporate advisory roles, with a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and business model development. Brad's experience includes the not-for-profit sector, retirement and aged care, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, childcare, tourism and mining services.
